| Our goal is a happy customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 10 days from date of delivery to return items. As long as items are in it's original condition, unused with all tags attatched. Please include a copy of your receipt. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number.If we do not receive a return(or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot refund. Essie Designs is not responsible for the packages been lost or damaged during transit caused by the shippers.
